COMMON CHARACTERISTICS • Pleat height obtained: minimum 15mm, maximum 100mm. • Maximum width obtained: approx. 300/700 • Maximum pleating speed: 600 pleats per minute depending on the height of pleat and from the material used A special version of the ROTOR series, allows the production of filtering elements in single or multi-layers metallic net ( with other paper layers or filtering materials inside). This new folding system, patented by COSMEK srl, allows to increase considerably the production of those filters, which was possible up to now using only knives pleating machines. The rotating system used enables a working speed of 600 pleats per minute. The maximum tolerated width of the roll of material is 700mm. Smaller versions with the maximum material passage of 300mm are available.
